Magyar Posse was a Finnish post-rock band from Pori, active between 1999 and 2012. They released three albums: "We Will Carry You Over the Mountains" (2002), "Kings of Time" (2004), and "Random Avenger" (2006). Their music is known for blending post-rock with electronic elements. In 2006, they won the Kultainen Muuvi award for best Finnish music video for "Whirlpool of Terror and Tension." In 2008, they collaborated with director Petri Hagner on the experimental film "Aldebaran Rising." The band disbanded in 2012 due to a lack of passion and motivation.
