Mamutrio is a Belgian jazz trio consisting of Lieven Cambré (alto saxophone), Piet Verbist (double bass), and Jesse Dockx (drums). Their debut album, "Primal Existence," was released in December 2016 under Origin Records. The album features ten tracks, including "In Peace with Gravity" and "Triads." Recording took place on August 24, 2015, at Studio Soundfarm in Loenhout, Belgium. Mamutrio focuses on modern jazz and is known for its dynamic performances and original compositions.
