Mantar is a German sludge metal duo formed in 2012 in Bremen. The band consists of guitarist and vocalist Hanno Klänhardt and drummer Erinç Sakarya. They are known for their raw and intense sound, blending elements of black metal, doom metal, and punk. Their debut album, "Death by Burning," was released in 2014, followed by "Ode to the Flame" in 2016 and "The Modern Art of Setting Ablaze" in 2018.
