Mav Karlo is the stage name of Menno Versteeg, a Canadian musician known as the frontman of the indie rock band Hollerado. In 2020, he released his debut album "Strangers Like Us," produced by Chris Coady and recorded at Sunset Sound in Los Angeles and Sonic Ranch in Texas. The album features collaborations with Katy Goodman of Vivian Girls and Charlie Spencer of Dizzy. Versteeg is also the co-founder of Royal Mountain Records, which supports artists' mental health through a dedicated fund. The products available from the artist Mav Karlo include CDs.
