Mayday Parade is an American rock band formed in Tallahassee, Florida, in 2005 through the merger of two local bands, Kid Named Chicago and Defining Moment. Their debut album, "A Lesson in Romantics," was released in 2007 and features notable tracks like "Jamie All Over" and "When I Get Home, You're So Dead." The band is known for their pop-punk and emo style. Throughout their career, they have released several other albums, including "Anywhere but Here" (2009), "Mayday Parade" (2011), and "Monsters in the Closet" (2013).
