Meshiaak is an Australian thrash metal band formed in 2014 in Melbourne. The original lineup included vocalist and guitarist Danny Camilleri (formerly known as Danny Tomb from 4ARM), guitarist Dean Wells from Teramaze, bassist Nick Walker, and drummer Jon Dette, known for his work with bands like Slayer and Testament. They released their debut album, "Alliance of Thieves," in 2016, followed by "Mask of All Misery" in 2019. Their music blends elements of thrash metal, progressive metal, and groove metal, drawing inspiration from bands such as Metallica, Megadeth, and Machine Head. Over the years, the band has undergone several lineup changes, with guitarist Logan Mader and drummer Jon Dette joining in 2022.
