Minimal Violence was a Canadian electronic music duo from Vancouver, consisting of Ash Luk and Lida P. since 2015. Their music blended elements of industrial, breakbeat, and hardcore, drawing inspiration from early electronic and minimal synth genres. In 2019, they released their debut album 'InDreams' on the Technicolour label. In 2020, they began the 'DESTROY —> [physical] REALITY [psychic] <— TRUST' EP trilogy on Tresor. In 2021, Lida P. left the project, and Ash Luk continued as a solo artist under the name Minimal Violence until 2022, when the project was concluded, and Ash began performing under the new alias Infinity Division.
