Mother Road is an international hard blues rock band formed in 2013 by guitarist Chris Lyne (formerly of Soul Doctor) and vocalist Keith Slack (formerly of Steelhouse Lane and MSG). Their debut album, "Drive," released in 2014, drew inspiration from bands like Free, Bad Company, and early Whitesnake. After a brief hiatus in 2016, the band returned with their second album, "II," in 2021, continuing their 70s-inspired style.
