Mountain Tamer is an American psychedelic rock band formed in 2011 in the San Francisco Bay Area. The band consists of Andru Hall (guitar, vocals), Casey Garcia (drums), and David Teget (bass guitar). Their debut album, "Mountain Tamer," was released in 2016 under Argonauta Records. In 2018, they released their second album, "Godfortune/Dark Matters," through Magnetic Eye and Nasoni Records. Their third album, "Psychosis Ritual," was released in 2020 under Heavy Psych Sounds. Mountain Tamer is known for their unique blend of psychedelic rock, stoner rock, and doom metal. Throughout their career, they have performed with bands such as Fatso Jetson, Weedeater, and Dead Meadow.
