Nilüfer Yanya is a British singer, songwriter, and musician born in London in 1995. She grew up in an artistic family with Irish, Barbadian, and Turkish heritage. In 2019, she released her debut album "Miss Universe," followed by "Painless" in 2022. In September 2024, she released her third album "My Method Actor" under the Ninja Tune label. Her music blends elements of indie rock, alternative rock, and indie pop. In 2022, she performed as a supporting act at Adele's Hyde Park concert, and in 2023, she collaborated with the band Bombay Bicycle Club on the track "Meditate."
