cd - Novus Quartet
Novus Quartet is a South Korean string quartet founded in 2007 at the Korea National University of Arts. The quartet earned second prize at the ARD International Chamber Music Competition in Munich in 2012 and first prize at the International Mozart Competition in Salzburg in 2014. Their discography includes recordings of works by Beethoven, Webern, Isang Yun, Tchaikovsky, Berg, Schubert, and Shostakovich. The quartet regularly performs on international stages, including London's Wigmore Hall and Amsterdam's Concertgebouw.
