Obsidious is a modern metal band formed in 2020, comprising Linus Klausenitzer (bass), Rafael Trujillo (guitar), Sebastian Lanser (drums), and Javi Perera (vocals). The members previously played in bands such as Obscura, Alkaloid, Eternity's End, and Juggernaut. Their debut album, 'Iconic,' was released in October 2022 under Season of Mist. Musically, they focus on progressive and technical death metal, characterized by complex compositions and melodic elements. The album 'Iconic' was voted as the debut album of the year 2022 by The Progspace.
