Phronesis is a British jazz trio formed in 2005, consisting of bassist Jasper Høiby, pianist Ivo Neame, and drummer Anton Eger. They are known for their energetic performances and dynamic interplay. Notable albums include "Alive" (2010), "Walking Dark" (2012), and "Parallax" (2016). In 2017, they released "The Behemoth" in collaboration with the Frankfurt Radio Big Band and Julian Argüelles, featuring new arrangements of their previous compositions. Phronesis has received acclaim for their contributions to contemporary jazz and regularly perform at international festivals.
