Pierre-Antoine Savoyat is a French trumpeter and composer leading the ensemble Le Monde Merveilleux de Pépito. Formed in 2017 in Chalon-sur-Saône, France, the group later relocated to Brussels. Their debut album, "Memories from a Winter Journey," was dedicated to Savoyat's mother and features a string quartet. Their second album, "Thousand Shades of a Clown," is scheduled for release on January 23, 2026. The ensemble's music blends jazz, free improvisation, and classical elements, drawing inspiration from artists like Ambrose Akinmusire and Tom Harrell. They regularly perform at Brussels' Sounds Jazz Club.
