Prúdy is a Slovak rock band formed in 1963 in Bratislava. Originally known as The Jets, the group renamed itself Prúdy in 1966. Members included Pavol Hammel (vocals, guitar), Fedor Frešo (bass guitar), Marián Varga (keyboards), and Vlado Mallý (drums). Their debut album "Zvonky, zvoňte" from 1969 is considered one of the first Slovak rock albums. The band is known for its contribution to the development of Slovak rock and collaborations with notable musicians.
