cd - Pungent Stench

Pungent Stench is an Austrian death metal band formed in Vienna in 1988. Their debut album, "For God Your Soul... For Me Your Flesh," was released in 1990, followed by "Been Caught Buttering" in 1991 and "Club Mondo Bizarre – For Members Only" in 1994. The band is known for their controversial lyrics and album covers, often featuring shocking photographs by Joel-Peter Witkin. After disbanding in 1995, they reunited in 1999 and released "Masters of Moral, Servants of Sin" in 2001 and "Ampeauty" in 2004. Their music combines death metal with elements of grindcore and death 'n' roll.
