Quarterflash was an American rock band formed in 1980 in Portland, Oregon. The group consisted of lead vocalist and saxophonist Rindy Ross, her husband, guitarist Marv Ross, guitarist Jack Charles, keyboardist Rick DiGiallonardo, bassist Rich Gooch, and drummer Brian David Willis. Their 1981 debut album, "Quarterflash," featured the hit single "Harden My Heart," which reached No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. The follow-up album, "Take Another Picture" (1983), included the single "Take Me to Heart," peaking at No. 14 on the Billboard Hot 100.
