Ron Blake is an American jazz saxophonist and composer from the Virgin Islands. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with notable musicians such as Roy Hargrove, Art Farmer, and Christian McBride. His most significant albums include "Up Front & Personal," "Lest We Forget," "Sonic Tonic," and "Shayari." Blake is recognized for his contributions to post-bop and contemporary jazz. In addition to his recording work, he is a member of the Saturday Night Live Band and serves as an educator at the Juilliard School.
