Saltpig is an American-Italian duo consisting of Mitch Davis and Fabio Alessandrini. Their music blends elements of doom metal, stoner rock, and psychedelic rock. Their debut album, "Saltpig," was released on May 31, 2024, under the Heavy Psych Sounds label. The album features six tracks, including "Satan's War," "Demon," and "Burning Water." Recordings were conducted in their respective studios, with Davis in New York and Alessandrini in Italy. Their music is characterized by a raw sound and the use of analog recording techniques.
