Satchel was an alternative rock band from Seattle, consisting of Shawn Smith (vocals, piano, guitar, bass), Regan Hagar (drums, bass), and John Hoag (guitar, bass). The band formed after a hiatus from their previous group, Brad, which included Pearl Jam guitarist Stone Gossard. Satchel released three studio albums: "EDC" (1994), "The Family" (1996), and "Heartache and Honey" (2010). Their music featured alternative rock with elements of pop rock. "The Family" was co-produced by Stone Gossard. Throughout their career, Satchel collaborated with various artists, and their music appeared in several films and television shows.
