Shadrach Kabango, known professionally as Shad, is a Canadian rapper and broadcaster. Born in Kenya to Rwandan parents and raised in London, Ontario, he released his debut album "When This Is Over" in 2005. His third album, "TSOL" (2010), won the Juno Award for Rap Recording of the Year. Shad is recognized for his thoughtful lyrics and has collaborated with artists like Skratch Bastid and Dallas Green.
