SQÜRL is a rock band from New York City, consisting of Jim Jarmusch and Carter Logan. The band formed in 2009 during the recording of music for the film "The Limits of Control". Their work includes a series of EPs such as "EP #1", "EP #2", "EP #3", and "EP #260". SQÜRL is known for their experimental approach to music, blending elements of rock, alternative, and psychedelia. They collaborated with Dutch lutenist Jozef Van Wissem on the soundtrack for the film "Only Lovers Left Alive", for which they received the Cannes Soundtrack Award.
