Steel Prophet is an American power metal band formed in 1983 in Middletown, Connecticut. Led by guitarist Steve Kachinsky, the band has released notable albums such as "The Goddess Principle" (1995), "Dark Hallucinations" (1999), and "Messiah" (2000). In 2019, they released "The God Machine" featuring new vocalist R.D. Liapakis. Their music is characterized by fast riffs and melodic elements, drawing inspiration from NWOBHM and progressive metal.
