Stephen W. Parsons, also known as Snips, is a British musician, composer, and producer. In the 1970s, he was a member of the bands Sharks and Baker Gurvitz Army. In 1978, he released his first solo album, "Video King," followed by "La Rocca!" in 1981. His music focuses on the rock genre. He collaborated with artists such as Chris Spedding and Midge Ure. Later, he composed music for films and television.
