Styrofoam is the electronic music project of Belgian artist Arne Van Petegem, active since 2000. He has released six albums on labels Morr Music and Nettwerk, including "Nothing's Lost" (2004) and "A Thousand Words" (2008). His music blends elements of indie rock and electronica, and he has collaborated with artists such as The Notwist, Death Cab for Cutie, and Lali Puna. In 2010, he released the album "Disco Synthesizers & Daily Tranquilizers." After a hiatus, he returned in 2018 with the instrumental album "We Can Never Go Home."
