cd - Swearing At Motorists
Swearing At Motorists is an American indie rock band formed in the 1990s in Dayton, Ohio. The group consists of Dave Doughman (vocals, guitar) and originally Don Thrasher (drums), later replaced by Joseph Siwinski. Their music is known for its raw energy and emotive lyrics. Notable albums include "Number Seven Uptown" (2000) and "This Flag Signals Goodbye" (2002). The band was influenced by the lo-fi scene and shared stages with acts like Guided By Voices and Sebadoh. After relocating to Berlin in 2005, they released "Last Night Becomes This Morning" (2006). Following a hiatus, they returned with "While Laughing, The Joker Tells the Truth" in 2014.
