Tadeusz Nalepa was a Polish musician, composer, and guitarist, known as the "father of Polish blues." In the 1960s, he founded the bands Blackout and later Breakout, which significantly influenced the Polish music scene. His most notable albums include "To mój blues" and "Numero Uno." Nalepa collaborated with many prominent musicians, and his work incorporated elements of blues, rock, and jazz. In 1986, he was voted the best Polish musician, composer, and guitarist in a poll by Jazz Forum magazine. He passed away on March 4, 2007, in Warsaw.
