Technotronic was a Belgian electronic music project formed in 1987 by producer Jo Bogaert. Their 1989 debut single, "Pump Up the Jam," featuring vocals by Ya Kid K, reached number two on the US Billboard Hot 100. This success was followed by the album "Pump Up the Jam," which peaked at number ten on the Billboard 200. Other notable singles include "Get Up! (Before the Night Is Over)" and "Move This."
