The Church is an Australian rock band formed in Sydney in 1980. Their 1981 debut album, "Of Skins and Heart," featured the hit "The Unguarded Moment." In 1988, they achieved international success with the album "Starfish" and the single "Under the Milky Way." Their music blends elements of alternative rock, neo-psychedelia, and post-punk. The band was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2010. In 2024, they released their 27th studio album, "Eros Zeta and the Perfumed Guitars."
