The Mojomatics was an Italian musical duo from Venice, active between 2003 and 2013. The band consisted of Matteo Bordin (vocals, guitar, harmonica) and Davide Zolli (drums, percussion). Their music blended genres such as garage rock, power pop, folk, country, and post-punk, drawing inspiration from the melodies of the 1960s British Invasion. They released four studio albums: "A Sweet Mama Gonna Hoodoo Me" (2004), "Songs For Faraway Lovers" (2006), "Don't Pretend That You Know Me" (2008), and "You Are The Reason For My Troubles" (2012). The band was known for their energetic live performances and gained recognition in the European music scene.
