LP platne - The Rasmus

The Rasmus is a Finnish rock band formed in 1994 in Helsinki. The original lineup consisted of Lauri Ylönen (vocals), Eero Heinonen (bass), Pauli Rantasalmi (guitar), and Jarno Lahti (drums). In 1995, Lahti left and was replaced by Janne Heiskanen, who was succeeded by Aki Hakala in 1999. In 2022, Rantasalmi departed, and Emilia "Emppu" Suhonen joined as the new guitarist. The band is best known for their hit "In the Shadows" from the album "Dead Letters" (2003), which sold nearly 2 million copies worldwide. Their music blends alternative rock, gothic rock, and pop rock. In 2022, they represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Jezebel".
