The Spinners are an American R&B and soul vocal group formed in Detroit in 1954. During the 1960s and 1970s, they achieved significant success with producer Thom Bell. Their 1973 album "Spinners" includes hits like "I'll Be Around" and "Could It Be I'm Falling in Love". In 1974, they released "Mighty Love" with the title track becoming their fourth R&B number one hit. The group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2023.
