The Temprees are an American soul vocal trio from Memphis, Tennessee, most popular during the 1970s. The group consisted of Jasper "Jabbo" Phillips, Harold "Scotty" Scott, and Deljuan "Del" Calvin. Their 1972 debut album, "Lovemen," features their biggest hit, a cover of "Dedicated to the One I Love." Other notable albums include "Love Maze" and "Temprees 3." Throughout their career, they collaborated with producer Josephine "Jo" Bridges and released recordings under the We Produce label, a subsidiary of Stax Records. In 1972, they performed at the Wattstax festival before an audience of over 100,000 fans.
