Thomas Marek is an Austrian musician and choreographer, recognized as one of Europe's most sought-after tap dancers. In 2024, he recorded his debut album "Footprints" with pianist Patrick Bebelaar and bassist Jan Roder, integrating tap dance, percussion, and drums. The album features renowned jazz standards like "Tea For Two" and "Softly As In The Morning Sunrise". Marek is also the founder of the Footprints dance studio and has been residing in Vienna since 2017, focusing on combining tap dance and drumming in his live performances.
