Tone Wik is a Norwegian soprano specializing in Baroque music. She studied at the Norwegian Academy of Music and later focused on early music at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague. Her repertoire spans from the Middle Ages to contemporary works, with a particular emphasis on Baroque compositions. Her albums 'Dolcissimo Sospiro' and 'Bellezza Crudel' have received recognition both in Norway and internationally. The album 'Formosa Mea' features rarely performed Christmas cantatas by Francesca Caccini and Bonifatio Gratiani. Wik has performed with conductors and ensembles such as Joshua Rifkin, Andrew Lawrence-King, and Il Gardellino at festivals including Tage Alter Musik Regensburg and Festival van Vlaanderen Brugge.
