cd - Triosk

Triosk was an experimental jazz and electronica band formed in 2001 in Sydney, Australia. The members were Adrian Klumpes (piano, rhodes, sampler), Laurence Pike (drums, percussion, programming), and Ben Waples (electric and acoustic bass). The band released three albums: "1+3+1" (2003) in collaboration with German electronic artist Jan Jelinek, "Moment Returns" (2004), and "The Headlight Serenade" (2006), both on The Leaf Label. Their music combined jazz foundations with elements of electronica and musique concrète, utilizing loops of hisses and crackles. The band disbanded in 2007. The products available from the artist Triosk include CDs.
