Unanimated is a Swedish melodic death metal band formed in 1988 in Stockholm. Their debut album, "In the Forest of the Dreaming Dead," was released in 1993, followed by "Ancient God of Evil" in 1995. After a hiatus, they returned with "In the Light of Darkness" in 2009 and "Victory in Blood" in 2021. Their music blends elements of death and black metal with melodic guitar lines.
