Unwound was an American post-hardcore band from Olympia, Washington, active between 1991 and 2002. The group consisted of Justin Trosper (guitar, vocals), Vern Rumsey (bass), and Sara Lund (drums). They released seven studio albums, including "Fake Train" (1993), "New Plastic Ideas" (1994), and "Leaves Turn Inside You" (2001). Their music blended elements of post-hardcore, alternative rock, and noise rock.
