Verità Baroque Ensemble is a musical group founded during the pandemic by flutist Taya König-Tarasevich and cellist Bartolomeo Dandolo Marchesi. They quickly gained a reputation as one of the world's leading baroque ensembles. Their debut album, 'The German Album', features works by Johann Sebastian Bach and Georg Philipp Telemann. The subsequent album, 'The Italian Album', showcases compositions by Italian baroque composers such as Corelli, Vivaldi, Albinoni, and Galuppi, and includes a new piece by resident composer Nicola Canzano. The ensemble is known for its innovative approaches to presenting baroque music, including collaborations with scientists and filmmakers, and organizing performances in unconventional venues.
