Waajeed, born Robert O'Bryant, is an American music producer and DJ from Detroit. He was a member of Slum Village and Platinum Pied Pipers. In 2002, he founded the Bling47 label, releasing projects by J Dilla and others. His work spans hip-hop, techno, and house, with his 2022 album "Memoirs of Hi-Tech Jazz" blending techno with soulful jazz.
