Wabi Daněk was a Czech folk singer and songwriter. He performed with the groups Plížák and Rosa, later collaborating with Miloš Dvořáček and the group Pacifik. His well-known songs include "Rosa na kolejích", "Hudsonské šífy", and "Outsider waltz". He released albums such as "Rosa na kolejích" (1984), "Vítr" (1986), and "Pískoviště" (1990). He received several awards at the Porta festival, including the Autorská Porta for the songs "Rosa na kolejích", "Nevadí", and "Ročník 47".
