He began his music career in 2016 by releasing singles and EPs, with his debut album "Your Hero Is Not Dead" released in 2020. This album was recorded in Portugal and London in collaboration with producer Nathan Jenkins, known as Bullion. Westerman's music blends indie pop, alternative pop, and electronic elements, with lyrics often exploring moral and ethical dilemmas.
