cd - Whitehouse

Whitehouse is a British music group founded in 1980 by William Bennett. The band is known as a pioneer of the power electronics genre, a subgenre of industrial music characterized by extremely noisy and aggressive sounds. Their debut album, "Birthdeath Experience," was released in 1980, followed by albums such as "Total Sex" (1980), "Erector" (1981), and "Buchenwald" (1981). Whitehouse was known for their provocative lyrics and intense live performances, which often sparked controversy. The group ceased activity in 2008, but their influence on the experimental music scene remains significant.
