Will Goble is an American jazz bassist, composer, and educator from Durham, North Carolina. He began his musical career in a mentorship-rich community and later studied at Florida State University under bassist Rodney Jordan and pianist Marcus Roberts. Goble collaborated with Jason Marsalis in his quartet, contributing to three of his albums: "Music Update" (2009), "In a World of Mallets" (2013), and "The 21st Century Trad Band" (2014). As a leader, he released the albums "Some Stories Tells No Lies" (2012) and "Consider the Blues" (2016).
