Cactus is an American rock band formed in 1969 by drummer Carmine Appice and bassist Tim Bogert following the breakup of Vanilla Fudge. The original lineup was completed by guitarist Jim McCarty and vocalist Rusty Day. The band is known for its energetic hard rock and blues rock sound. Their second album, "One Way...Or Another," released in 1971, includes covers of "Long Tall Sally" and "Feel So Bad." After several lineup changes and disbanding in 1972, the band reunited in 2006 and continued recording and performing. The products available from the artist Cactus include vinyls, CDs.
