Thomas Wesley Pentz, known professionally as Diplo, is an American DJ and music producer. He is a co-founder and lead member of the electronic dancehall project Major Lazer, a member of the supergroup LSD with Labrinth and Sia, and forms the duo Jack Ü with Skrillex. In 2006, he founded the record label Mad Decent. His notable collaborations include work with Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Madonna, Justin Bieber, and M.I.A. His 2013 EP 'Revolution' debuted at number 68 on the Billboard 200 chart. Diplo has received several awards, including a Grammy for Best Dance Recording in 2019 for 'Electricity' with Mark Ronson and Dua Lipa.
