Drowning Pool is an American rock band formed in 1996 in Dallas, Texas. The original lineup consisted of guitarist C.J. Pierce, drummer Mike Luce, and bassist Stevie Benton, with vocalist Dave Williams joining in 1999. Their 2001 debut album, "Sinner," achieved platinum certification and featured the hit single "Bodies." Following Williams' death in 2002, the band underwent several vocalist changes. In 2022, they released their seventh studio album, "Strike a Nerve." In March 2023, vocalist Ryan McCombs rejoined the band. The products available from the artist Drowning Pool include CDs, vinyls.
