Duster is an American indie rock band formed in 1996 in San Jose, California. Originally consisting of multi-instrumentalists Clay Parton and Canaan Dove Amber, they were later joined by drummer Jason Albertini. The band is known for their lo-fi sound and contributions to the slowcore and space rock revival genres. Their debut album, "Stratosphere," was released in 1998, followed by "Contemporary Movement" in 2000. After a period of inactivity, Duster returned in 2018 and have since released additional albums, including "Duster" (2019), "Together" (2022), and "In Dreams" (2024).
