Garry Burnside is an American blues musician from Holly Springs, Mississippi, and the son of the legendary R.L. Burnside. He began playing drums at age 10 and later learned bass and guitar. As a teenager, he played bass for Junior Kimbrough and later joined the North Mississippi Allstars. He has released albums such as "The Promise" (2014), "Come Into My World" (2018), and "Hill Country Magic" (2021). His music is influenced by North Mississippi hill country blues and inspired by artists like Albert Collins and B.B. King.
