The Johnny Van Zant Band was an American Southern rock group led by Johnny Van Zant, the younger brother of Ronnie Van Zant from Lynyrd Skynyrd. The band released three albums: "No More Dirty Deals" (1980), "Round Two" (1981), and "The Last of the Wild Ones" (1982). Their music blended rock with Southern influences, with "No More Dirty Deals" featuring tracks like "Standing in the Darkness" and "Hard Luck Story". After the band's dissolution, Johnny Van Zant joined the reformed Lynyrd Skynyrd in 1987 as the lead vocalist.
